As an active member of the Los Altos community for the past 20 years, I am super excited to be a part of the LASD and Egan community as a teacher! After being a software engineer for 28 years, I decided to become a middle school math teacher. I grew up in Palo Alto, graduated from Palo Alto High School, and married my high school sweetheart who is an Art History instructor at De Anza College. I earned my bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and my master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Davis. Our daughter and son went to Almond Elementary, Egan, and Los Altos High. My favorite things to do in my spare time are to spend time with my family and two calico cats and to go mountain biking in Los Altos Hills and the Santa Cruz mountains.
