Holiday Craft Faire Details
The Holiday Craft Faire is a fun way for Egan students to learn about making and selling a product while earning money for themselves and the Egan School Library. The Faire is held in the Egan multi. Customers for the Holiday Faire are Egan students, Egan staff, and parents. 6th grade LASD students are also invited to attend, and usually do, but it is not a guarantee. This event is a craft faire, and your product must be handmade or homemade. Any store bought or ordered items must be customized or personalized to be accepted. No off the shelf store bought items are allowed (such as candy bars). Food products are popular, so there is a lot of competition. It is better to make something unique that stands out from the crowd!!
Booth locations are assigned randomly. All lotteries and registration submissions will take place in front of the school. A $20 fee is required for all booths. There are a limited number of booths with access to an electrical outlet. These booths will be assigned using a lottery system.
-
- Electrical Lottery Form – For booths that require one electrical outlet, there are only 8 available booths. Electrical Forms are accepted starting Thursday, November 6th through Friday, November 7th. Forms will be accepted in the front of the school from 8:10 a.m. – 8:25 a.m. on those days only. Need a form? Pick one up in the office, complete and turn it into Ms. Patiño by 11 a.m. Friday, November 7th. No additional forms will be accepted after that time.
- Basic Registration Form – For all other booths that do not require electrical outlets. Basic Registration Forms are accepted starting Wednesday, November 12th (8:30 – 9:00 a.m.) through Thursday, November 13th (8:10 – 8:25 a.m.) in front of the school.
